圆形VAV末端装置噪声的多元回归推算方法
Multiple regression estimation method for sound of circular VAV terminal units
摘要:
VAV末端装置的噪声测试需要一套严谨的噪声测试专用装置或设备。然而,许多VAV末端装置制造商没有置备这种价格昂贵且占地的装置或设备。本文提出了一种通过多元回归分析已有同类产品的噪声数据,推算圆形VAV末端装置噪声数据(计算公式)的方法。使用该方法可以生成完整的圆形VAV末端装置的噪声数据,甚至只需验证一个条件下的噪声数据就可以按比例修正相应VAV末端装置的其他噪声数据,可以在VAV末端装置的开发过程中节省大量的时间和经费。同时,多元回归得到的噪声数据(计算公式)可以作为衡量该VAV末端装置噪声水平的基准。
Abstract:
The sound test of variable air volume (VAV) terminal units requires a set of rigorous special devices or equipment for sound testing. However, many VAV terminal unit manufacturers have not equipped such expensive and space-occupied devices or equipment. In this paper, a method is proposed to estimate the sound data (calculation formula) of circular VAV terminal units by multiple regression analysis of the sound data of existing similar products. Using this method, it is possible to generate complete sound data (formula) of a circular VAV terminal unit, and even to correct proportionally other sound data of the corresponding VAV terminal unit by simply verifying the sound data under one condition, which can save a lot of time and money in the development process of the VAV terminal unit. At the same time, the sound data (calculation formula) obtained by multiple regression can be used as a benchmark for the sound level of the VAV terminal unit.
