基于运行节能与舒适性的多联机楼宇数字孪生管理平台构建探索
Exploration of construction of a VRF building digital twin management platform based on operation energy saving and comfort
摘要:
当前我国建筑行业存在管理粗放、智能化程度低等问题,是制约建筑领域实现碳中和的关键因素。随着信息技术的发展,数字孪生技术对解决以上问题可以发挥重要作用。对比BIM技术,数字孪生技术可以更全面和实时地反映物理世界的动态信息,通过数据和信息的同步,可以对物理实体进行全面的监控、分析和优化,实现虚实结合。多联机系统具有集成度高、数据易采集的特点,能够通过数据分析实现节能运行、故障诊断等功能,适宜采用数字孪生技术降低建筑碳排放和提升舒适性。本文通过对广东省某采用多联机系统的办公楼建立数字孪生管理平台,探索了智能运行节能技术。结果显示,该技术对降低系统运行能耗和费用有良好的效果。
Abstract:
At present, the building industry in China faces problems such as extensive management and a low degree of intelligence, which are the key factors restricting the realization of carbon neutrality in the building sector. With the development of information technology, digital twin technology can play an important role in solving these problems. Compared with building information modeling (BIM) technology, the digital twin technology can reflect the dynamic information of the physical world more comprehensively and in real time, and through the synchronization of data and information, the physical entity can be comprehensively monitored, analysed and optimized, and the virtual and real combination can be realized. The variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system has the characteristics of high integration and easy data collection. It can realize operation energy saving and fault diagnosis through data analysis and is suitable for using digital twin technology to reduce building carbon emissions and improve comfort. In this paper, a digital twin management platform is established for an office building with a VRF system in Guangdong, and the energy saving technology of intelligent operation is explored. The results show that this technology has a good effect on reducing the energy consumption and operation cost of the system.
