陕西省超低能耗农房节能设计指标研究
Energy efficiency design indicators for ultra-low energy rural residential buildings in Shaanxi Province
摘要:
推动超低能耗农房建设是实现建筑领域“双碳”目标的重要任务之一,但农村建筑节能基础薄弱,且与城市住宅在用能特征、热舒适性需求等方面存在明显差异,因此超低能耗农房节能设计指标不宜执行GB/T 51350—2019《近零能耗建筑技术标准》。在分析现行标准要求、陕西省不同气候区农房供暖空调需求的基础上,提出了超低能耗农房的节能率和节能设计指标。采用分室间歇供暖能耗计算方法,对陕西省不同气候区的3种典型农房在不同围护结构节能水平下的供暖能耗进行了模拟分析,以能耗水平在GB/T 50824—2013《农村居住建筑节能设计标准》基础上降低50%以上为约束条件,确定了超低能耗农房围护结构热工指标,为超低能耗农房标准化建设提供支撑。
Abstract:
Promoting the construction of ultra-low energy rural residential buildings is one of the important tasks in achieving the “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” goals in the building sector. However, the energy-saving foundation of rural residential buildings is weak, and there are significant differences compared to urban residential buildings in terms of energy consumption characteristics and thermal comfort requirements. Therefore, the energy efficiency design indicators of ultra-low energy rural residential buildings should not implement the GB/T 51350-2019Technicalstandardfornearlyzeroenergybuildings. Based on the analysis of current standard requirements and the demand for rural heating and air conditioning in different climatic zones of Shaanxi Province, the energy-saving rates and energy efficiency design indicators for ultra-low energy rural residential buildings are proposed. Using the method of individual room intermittent heating energy consumption calculation, this paper simulates and analyses the heating energy consumption of three typical rural residential buildings in different climatic zones of Shaanxi Province under different energy-saving levels of envelopes. Based on the GB/T 50824-2013Designstandardforenergyefficiencyofruralresidentialbuildings, a reduction of more than 50% in energy consumption is set as a restrictive condition to determine the thermal performance indexes for ultra-low energy rural residential building envelopes. This will provide support for the standardized construction of ultra-low energy rural residential buildings.
