老旧办公建筑节能低碳改造设计与研究
Design and research on energy-saving and low-carbon renovation of old office buildings

随着全球气候变化和环境问题日益严重,节能低碳已成为建筑行业的重要发展方向。老旧办公建筑多数为高能耗建筑,作为能源消耗和碳排放的重要源头之一,其改造后的节能和减碳能力显得尤为重要。本文阐述了政策和标准的发展,分析了建筑节能低碳改造的技术路径,并以北京建院C座科研楼改造项目为例,介绍了老旧办公建筑节能低碳改造的设计与研究方法。本项目是国内《近零能耗建筑技术标准》实施后第一个达到近零能耗标准的既有建筑改造项目,改造后已正常使用4年多,年节能率达到60%以上,为既有老旧办公建筑低碳、绿色化改造提供了新的思路。
Abstract:
With the increasingly severe global climate change and environmental issues, energy-saving and low-carbon have become important development directions in the construction industry. Most old office buildings are high energy comsumption buildings. As one of the important sources of energy consumption and carbon emissions, their energy-saving and carbon-reduction capabilities after renovation are particularly crucial. This paper elaborates on the development of policies and standards, and analyses the technical paths for energy-saving and low-carbon renovation of buildings. Taking the renovation project of the research building C of Beijing Institute of Architectural Design as an example, it presents the design and research methods for the energy-saving and low-carbon renovation of old office buildings. This project is the first renovation project of an existing building to meet the near-zero energy consumption standard after the implementation of theTechnicalstandardfornearlyzeroenergybuildingsin China. It has been in normal use for more than four years after renovation, with an annual energy-saving rate of over 60%. It provides a new idea for the low-carbon and green renovation of existing old office buildings.
