基于实测负荷的地铁车站设备管理用房空调方案能耗对比分析
Comparison and analysis of energy consumption of air conditioning schemes for equipment management rooms of subway stations based on measured loads

以夏热冬暖地区某城市标准地铁车站为例,基于实测负荷进行了全年逐时能耗计算,对小系统采用基准方案风机变频运行和风冷多联方案的全年运行能耗进行了定量对比分析。研究结果表明,2种方案都可以有效缓解实际负荷与设计负荷偏差较大带来的问题,采用风冷多联方案比采用基准方案在降低运行能耗方面更具优势。因此,新建地铁车站的小系统空调方案建议优先采用风冷多联方案;对于已经采用基准方案的既有地铁车站,在进行节能改造时,建议优先增设风机变频器,在有条件的情况下,建议对制冷机房进行能效提升。
Abstract:
Taking a standard subway station in a city in the hot summer and warm winter zone as an example, the annual hourly energy consumption calculation is carried out based on the measured load, and the annual operating energy consumption of small systems using the benchmark scheme with fan frequency conversion operation and the air-cooled multi-connection scheme is quantitatively compared and analysed. The research results show that both schemes can effectively alleviate the problem caused by the large deviation between the actual load and the design load. The air-cooled multi-connection scheme has more advantages than the benchmark scheme in reducing operating energy consumption. Therefore, the air-cooled multi-connected scheme is recommended as a priority for the small system air conditioning scheme for newly built subway stations. For existing subway stations that have already adopted the benchmark scheme, it is recommended to give priority to adding the fan frequency converter when carrying out energy-saving transformation. If conditions permit, it is recommended to improve the energy efficiency of the refrigeration rooms.
