直膨式蒸发冷凝空调系统在华南地铁车站的实测优化研究

摘要:

以夏热冬暖地区投入运行的某地铁车站为例,对直膨式蒸发冷凝空调系统进行了实测研究,分析了影响系统COP的主要因素,对系统进行了实测优化研究,包括末端风机采用变频运行策略和对蒸发冷凝器进行除垢,并与同一线路采用冷却塔与冷水机组作为冷源的常规车站进行了对比分析。结果表明:直膨式蒸发冷凝空调系统的制冷系统COP为4.55,低于同一线路常规冷源车站的5.24;末端风机采用变频运行策略后节能效果显著,车站公共区温度、CO2体积分数基本维持在设计工况,制冷系统压缩机能耗降低了9.6%,末端风机能耗降低了21.0%,车站单端制冷系统COP由2.88升高到3.47,提升了20.5%;对蒸发冷凝器除垢后,车站单端制冷系统COP由3.49提高到4.24,提升了21.4%。

Abstract:

Taking a subway station operating in the hot summer and warm winter zone as an example, this paper conducts experimental research on the direct expansion evaporative condensation air conditioning system, and the main factors affecting the COP of the system are analysed. The optimized study is carried out on the system, including adopting the frequency conversion operation strategy for the terminal fans and descaling the evaporative condensers. The comparison is made with a conventional station using cooling towers and chillers as cold sources on the same line. The results show that the refrigeration system COP of the direct expansion evaporative condensation air conditioning system is 4.55, which is lower than 5.24 of the conventional cold source station on the same line. After adopting the frequency conversion operation strategy for the terminal fans, the energy-saving effect is significant, the temperature and the CO2volume fraction in the public area of the station are basically maintained at the design conditions, the energy consumption of the refrigeration system compressor is reduced by 9.6%, the energy consumption of the terminal fans is reduced by 21.0%, and the COP of the single-end refrigeration system of the station is increased from 2.88 to 3.47 with an increase of 20.5%. After descaling the evaporative condensers, the COP of the single-end refrigeration system of the station is increased from 3.49 to 4.24 with an increase of 21.4%.
