生活垃圾焚烧发电厂渗沥液导排区通风设计探讨

摘要:

生活垃圾焚烧发电厂垃圾渗沥液导排区是特殊作业场所,地下空间充满有毒有害气体,且存在可燃气体成分,需要设置全面通风系统以保证其安全运行。现行标准CJJ 90—2009未对渗沥液导排区提出通风要求,工程设计中缺少统一标准,需要由设计师个人判断。本文通过对2座生活垃圾焚烧发电厂恶臭气体浓度实测数据整理计算和分析,以典型恶臭气体成分为例,计算符合卫生条件的渗沥液导排区最小排风量(即理论排风量),建议导排区设计排风量按照12~24 h-1换气次数选取。本文对渗沥液导排区通风系统设计要点进行了探讨,并对通风系统运行提出了建议。

Abstract:

The leachate removal area in MSW (municipal solid waste) incineration power plant is a special workplace, the underground space is full of toxic and harmful gases, and there are combustible gas composition, so it is necessary to set up a general ventilation system to ensure its safe operation. The current standard CJJ 90-2009 does not put forward the requirement of ventilation for the leachate removal area, and there is a lack of unified standards in engineering design, which should be judged by designers personally. Based on the calculation and analysis of measured odor concentration data for two MSW incineration power plants, taking typical odor components as an example, the minimum exhaust air volume (i.e., the theoretical exhaust air volume) of the leachate removal area that conforming to sanitary condition is calculated. It is suggested that the design exhaust air volume of the removal area should be selected according to 12~24 h-1. This paper discusses the design essentials of the ventilation system in leachate removal areas, and puts forward some suggestions for the operation of ventilation system.
