基于间接蒸发冷却系统形式的数据中心余热回收利用技术

摘要:

针对数据中心行业间接蒸发冷却空调系统没有可落地的余热回收利用技术的现状,分析了间接蒸发冷却空调系统采用余热回收技术存在的难点问题,并给出了2种解决方案。分别采用磁悬浮相变冷却技术及水源热泵技术,对热回风中的余热进行充分回收,同时利用建筑结构特点,通过设置独立的余热回收场所,将余热回收与间接蒸发冷却系统实现物理隔离,互不影响,在解决了传统间接蒸发冷却系统余热回收存在的诸多问题的同时,提高了系统制冷冗余安全性和稳定性。

Abstract:

Aiming at the current situation that there is no implementable waste heat recovery and utilization technology for the indirect evaporative cooling air conditioning systems in the data center industry, this paper analyses the difficult problems existing in the application of waste heat recovery technology in indirect evaporative cooling air conditioning systems and presents two solutions. By respectively adopting the magnetic levitation phase change cooling technology and water-source heat pump technology, the waste heat in the hot return air is fully recovered. Meanwhile, taking advantage of the characteristics of the building structure, an independent waste heat recovery site is set up to physically isolate the waste heat recovery from the indirect evaporative cooling system without mutual interference. While solving numerous problems in waste heat recovery of traditional indirect evaporative cooling systems, it also improves the redundancy safety and stability of the system refrigeration.
