节能技术助力实验动物设施环境控制与绿色低碳
Energy-saving technology helps laboratory animal facilities environmental control and green low-carbon

在现场调研、检测北京、上海10多家实验动物设施环境控制及能耗水平的基础上,研究了实验动物设施净化空调系统的排风热回收、降低换气次数冗余度、新风集中+室内自循环净化机系统的昼夜不同运行模式,以及多功能四管制热泵冷凝热用于除湿再热和其他清洗用热等节能技术,并应用于北京、上海的2个典型实验动物中心,通过实时能耗监控平台的全年运行数据可知,全年节能率均超过30%。结果表明,该节能技术有效适用于实验动物设施,对实验动物设施的节能降耗提供了技术支撑,有助于在新建、改扩建实验动物设施中的推广与应用。
Abstract:
On the basis of on-site investigation and monitoring of environmental control and energy consumption levels of more than 10 laboratory animal facilities in Beijing and Shanghai, the different operating modes of exhaust air heat recovery, reduction of air exchange times redundancy, concentration of outdoor air and indoor self-circulation purifier system in experimental animal facility are studied, as well as the energy-saving technology of multi-function four-tube heat pump condensing heat used for dehumidification, reheating and other heat for cleaning, and applied to two typical projects in Beijing and Shanghai.The annual energy saving rate exceeds 30%. The results show that this energy-saving technology is effectively applicable to experimental animal facilities, provides technical support for energy conservation and consumption reduction of experimental animal facilities, and is conducive to its promotion and application in new, renovated and expanded experimental animal facilities.
