摘要:

高等级生物安全实验室风险评估是实验室风险管理的核心部分,目前部分高等级生物安全实验室对各种生物安全关键防护设备的风险管理、风险评估、风险应对等的理解和认识处于理论层面上,风险评估结果和实验室安全管理体系存在部分脱节现象。生物安全型高压蒸汽灭菌器是各种生物安全关键防护设备中的一种,采用故障树分析法针对生物安全型高压蒸汽灭菌器进行有效的风险评估,找出其风险因子,给出适当的风险应对措施,可以对该类型设备的风险管理提供支持。

Abstract:

High-level biosafety laboratory risk assessment is the core component of biosafety laboratory risk management. However, the understanding of risk management, risk assessment and risk response of biosafety key protective equipment in some high-level biosafety laboratories are still at the theoretical level, and risk assessment results lack of connection with a safety management system. This poper utilizes fault tree analysis to evaluate biosafety risks of biosafety high-pressure steam sterilizer, one of the biosafety key protective equipment, to identify risk factors and provide guidance to support risk control management of the equipment.
