高等级生物安全实验室低风险区域循环风方案的可行性研究与实践
Feasibility study and practice of circulating air scheme in low-risk areas of high-level biosafety laboratories
摘要:
高等级生物安全实验室作为研究和控制高致病性病原微生物的关键设施,其通风空调系统通常采用全新风系统运行,以有效避免交叉污染。这种全新风系统的运行方式虽然在安全性上有保障,但也会造成运行能耗居高不下,不符合我国当前积极推进建筑领域节能降碳的政策要求。本文借鉴国内外的相关标准和要求,并结合某高等级生物安全实验室运行的具体情况,对高等级生物安全实验室低风险区域由全新风系统改为循环风系统进行了可行性研究分析和实践探索,旨在为高等级生物安全实验室低风险区域通风空调系统如何运用循环风系统实现节能运行提供参考。
Abstract:
The high-level biosafety laboratory is a key facility for studying and controlling highly pathogenic microorganisms. Its ventilation and air conditioning system usually uses a all-outdoor air system to effectively avoid cross-contamination. However, although the operation mode of this all-outdoor air system is guaranteed in safety, it will also cause the problem of high energy consumption, which is not in line with the policy requirements of China’s current active promotion of energy conservation and carbon reduction in the construction field. In order to solve this problem, this paper draws on the relevant standards and requirements at home and abroad, and combines the specific conditions of the operation of a high-level biosafety laboratory. The feasibility study analysis and practical exploration of the low-risk area of the high-level biosafety laboratory from the outdoor air system to the circulating air system are carried out. The purpose is to provide references for how to use the circulating air system to achieve energy-saving operation in some ventilation and air conditioning systems of high-level biosafety laboratories.
