根据国内城市轨道交通通风空调系统的状况和存在的问题，结合北京地铁5号线具体工程，提出了一种新型的通风空调系统。从技术和经济等方面进行了分析，并与实际应用效果进行对比，论证了新系统的优越性。

Abstract：
Based on the condition and existing problems of ventilating and air conditioning system in urban rail traffic, puts forward a new system according to the actual engineering project of Beijing Subway Line 5. Compares with its actual application, and demonstrates advantages of the new system from technical and economical aspects.
