夏季防暑行为模式对建筑能耗的影响研究

摘要:

为研究夏季防暑行为模式对建筑能耗的影响规律,在夏热冬冷和夏热冬暖地区选取代表城市,以居住建筑为例,在保持建筑围护结构热性能不变的条件下,采用DeST软件模拟,通过对比夏季降温行为在这2个热工分区对空调能耗的影响差异,研究了夏季防暑行为模式对空调能耗的影响规律,同时探索了动态能耗模拟方法中行为模式的应用模式。结果表明:防暑行为在不同气候类型下具有显著差异;防暑行为对建筑能耗影响显著;相较于不采用人行为模块的模拟,采用人行为模块的单位面积冷负荷在夏热冬冷地区降低了34.8 W/m2,在夏热冬暖地区降低了37.2 W/m2,均呈现出较明显的气候差异性。

Abstract:

To study the influence law of summer heatstroke prevention behavior modes on the building energy consumption,the representative cities in the hot summer and cold winter zone and hot summer and warm winter zone are selected.Taking a residential building as an example,under the condition of keeping the thermal performance of the building envelope unchanged,the DeST software is used to simulate.By comparing the difference of the influence of summer cooling behavior on the air conditioning energy consumption in these two thermal zones,the influence of summer heatstroke prevention behavior modes on the air conditioning energy consumption is studied,and the application mode of behavior modes in the dynamic energy consumption simulation method is explored.The results show that the heatstroke prevention behavior is significantly different under different climate types.The heatstroke prevention behavior has a significant impact on the building energy consumption.Compared with the simulation without the human behavior module,the cooling load per unit area with the human behavior module is reduced by 34.8 W/m2in the hot summer and cold winter zone,and 37.2 W/m2in the hot summer and warm winter zone,both showing obvious climatic differences.
