天津友谊路国际金融中心空调系统模拟分析
Simulation and analysis of HVAC system for Tianjin Youyi Road International Finance Center
摘要：
针对该建筑南北跨度大、核心筒布置的特点，采用DeST-c软件模拟了自然室温，分析了建筑冬季冷热不均现象发生的频率，为空调水系统是否采用投资较高的四管制系统提供了设计依据，并通过分析冷热不均现象发生的时间，确定采用自然通风的方式减少建筑冷热不均现象。

Abstract：
Considering the features of large north-south span and core tube structure of the building, simulates the natural room temperature using DeST-c software and analyses occurrence frequency of uneven thermal distribution in winter, offering a reference criterion for whether adopting more expensive four-pipe water system or not. Based on the analysis, recommends adopting natural ventilation to reduce the frequency of uneven thermal distribution.
