热泵空调高效舒适技术分析与验证

摘要:

传统热泵空调在实际使用过程中存在宽温工况条件下运行能力及能效衰减严重、供热送风“头热脚冷”、除霜期间室内温度波动大的问题,导致不舒适、不节能,制约了热泵空调稳定、高效和舒适运行。针对上述问题,本文从压缩技术、送风技术、除霜技术等方面进行了研究与创新,并与传统热泵空调进行了试验对比分析。结果表明:应用上述技术的热泵空调可实现-40~65 ℃宽温工况下高效运行;供热送风竖直空气温差减小至0.11 ℃,人体活动区热量利用效率提高7.4%~15.7%;除霜期间室内温度波动减小至0.93 ℃,除霜效率提升23%~36%。

Abstract:

In the actual use of traditional heat pump air conditioners, there are problems such as serious attenuation of operating capacity and energy efficiency under wide temperature conditions, hot head and cold feet of heating air supply, and large fluctuations of indoor temperature during defrosting, resulting in discomfort and not energy saving, which restrict the stable, efficient and comfortable operation of heat pump air conditioners. In view of the above problems, this paper performs the research and innovation from the compression technology, air supply technology, defrosting technology and other aspects, and carries out an experimental comparative analysis with the traditional heat pump air conditioner. The results show that the heat pump air conditioner applying the above technologies can realize efficient operation under the wide temperature condition of -40 to 65 ℃. The vertical air temperature difference of heating air supply is reduced to 0.11 ℃, and the heat utilization efficiency in human activity area is increased by 7.4% to 15.7%. During the defrosting period, the indoor temperature fluctuation is reduced to 0.93 ℃, and the defrosting efficiency is improved by 23% to 36%.
