HVAC system design for ward complex building in Xifeng People’s Hospital

摘要:

为实现节能、舒适健康及绿色医院建筑的设计目标,以地埋管地源热泵为冷热源,采用镶嵌式桩基三螺旋埋管换热器形式,病房末端采用双面辐射供冷暖系统,办公区域采用风机盘管系统,通风采用末端可独立调节的动力分布式新风系统。分析了桩基螺旋埋管换热器的特点及工程实用性,提出了更利于维护、检修的镶嵌式三螺旋结构,换热性能实验表明,桩基三螺旋埋管的单位管长排热量为19.5 W/m,取热量为14 W/m。讨论了双面辐射冷暖系统及动力分布式通风系统的工程适应性。

Abstract:

To build a green, comfortable and healthy hospital building, ground-source heat pump is used as cold and heat sources with three-spiral pipe in the mosaic foundation being the ground heat exchanger. The air conditioning system are so designed as double-side floor radiation system in patient zone and fan coil system in office zone, adjustable distributed fan ventilation system are used in all zones. Analyses the characteristics and engineering practicability of foundation spiral pipe ground heat exchanger and proposes the three-spiral pipe mode which is more convenient to maintain and repair. The thermal performance test shows that the heat rejection and absorbed heat is 19.5 W/m and 14 W/m respectively. Discusses the engineering applicability of double-side floor radiation and distributed fan ventilation.
