丹江口水电站厂房结露实测及处理措施研究

摘要:

水电站厂房环境长期潮湿会导致电气设备锈蚀,加大设备故障概率,影响厂房内机电设备的安全可靠运行。本文通过6个月(5—11月)的连续实测,获得了丹江口水电站厂房内各部位的空气温湿度及厂房壁面、设备管道表面温度。通过分析各部位温湿度、结露情况和通风空调气流组织,揭示了厂房壁面、设备管道表面结露的原因。在不进行通风空调系统改造的情况下,研究了改善结露情况的通风空调系统运行模式优化措施。实测结果表明该措施简易有效。

Abstract:

Long-term humidity in the environment of the hydropower plant will lead to corrosion of electrical equipment, increase the probability of equipment failure, and affect the safe and reliable operation of mechanical and electrical equipment in the plant. In this paper, the air temperature and humidity of each part of Danjiangkou Hydropower Plant and the surface temperature of the plant wall and equipment pipeline are measured through the uninterrupted measurement for 6 months(from May to November). By analysing the temperature and humidity, condensation condition and air distribution of ventilation and air conditioning of each part, the causes of condensation on the surface of the plant wall and equipment pipeline are revealed. The optimization measure of the operation mode of the ventilation and air conditioning system to improve the condensation situation is studied without the renovation of the ventilation and air conditioning system. The actual measurement results show that the measure is simple and effective.
