严寒地区被动房供暖能耗模拟研究

摘要:

严寒地区代表性城市——哈尔滨市某被动式超低能耗居住建筑(以下简称被动房)是首个中德合作的被动房住宅示范项目。该被动房在实际运行中并未达到设计工况的节能效果。为探究室内温度和开窗对该被动房建筑能耗和室内热舒适的影响,本文采用情景分析和能耗模拟相结合的方法得到了不同工况下的室温和能耗结果。结果表明:设计工况下该被动房供暖能耗为27.6 kW·h/(m2·a),满足超低能耗建筑能效指标;与设计工况相比,若室内供暖温度为19 ℃,能耗减少4.7%,若室内供暖温度为22 ℃,能耗增加11.6%;与设计工况相比,在供暖初期、中期和末期,居民开窗分别导致平均0.3、1.1、0.5 ℃的温降;居民3种开窗行为模式下,该被动房供暖能耗较设计工况分别增加了37.7%、15.6%和10.5%。

Abstract:

A passive ultra-low energy consumption residential building (hereinafter referred to as passive house) in Harbin, a representative city in severe cold zone, is the first passive house residential demonstration project cooperated by China and Germany. This passive house do not achieve the energy-saving effect of the design conditions in actual operation. To explore the influence of indoor temperature and window opening on the building energy consumption and indoor thermal comfort of this passive house, this paper uses a method combining scenario analysis and energy consumption simulation to obtain indoor temperature and energy consumption results under different working conditions. The results show that under the design conditions, the heating energy consumption of this passive house is 27.6 kW·h/(m2·a), which meets the energy efficiency index of ultra-low energy consumption buildings. Compared with the design conditions, if the indoor heating temperature is 19 ℃, the energy consumption is reduced by 4.7%, and if the indoor heating temperature is 22 ℃, the energy consumption is increased by 11.6%. Compared with the design conditions, in the initial, middle and final of the heating period, resident opening windows leads to an average temperature drop of 0.3 ℃, 1.1 ℃ and 0.5 ℃,respectively. Under the three window-opening behavior patterns of residents, the heating energy consumption of this passive house is increased by 37.7%, 15.6% and 10.5%,respectively,compared with the design conditions.
