室外通信机柜通风冷却节能性能研究
Energy saving performance of ventilation cooling for outdoor communication cabinets

合肥地区室外空气温度全年约有77.5%的时间在25 ℃以下,利用CFD数值模拟对机柜进行气流组织优化,结果表明,在合肥地区可采用新风设备给室外通信机柜降温。为了充分利用室外自然冷却资源,在对合肥地区典型室外通信机柜进行现场测量和数值模拟的基础上,提出了空调与新风设备联动策略。该策略缩短了空调的运行时间,从而节约能源,结果表明,空调与新风设备联合运行时的能耗为空调单独运行时的46.8%。
Abstract:
The outdoor air temperature in Hefei is below 25 ℃ for about 77.5% of the year.In this paper,CFD numerical simulation is used to optimize the air distribution of the cabinet.The results show that the outdoor air equipment can be used to cool the outdoor communication cabinets in Hefei area.In order to make full use of outdoor natural cooling resources,based on the field measurement and numerical simulation of the typical outdoor communication cabinets in Hefei area,the linkage strategy of air conditioning and outdoor air equipment is proposed.The strategy shortens the operation time of air conditioning and thus saves energy.The results show that the energy consumption of air conditioning combined with outdoor air equipment is 46.8% of that of air conditioning alone.
