严寒地区新风系统冬季热回收方案比较

摘要:

空调系统负荷中新风负荷占较大的比例,尤其在北方严寒地区,冬季时间长,室内外温差大,新风热负荷所占的比例会更高。通过热回收装置回收排风中的部分热量,可以减少新风负荷,达到空调系统节能的目的。以实际工程为例分别采用不同热回收方式及新风预热方式,对空气处理过程进行分析,给出了不同排风热回收模式在设计工况下的静态节能效果,并与不采用热回收装置进行节能对比,进而给出了严寒地区新风热回收计算方法。

Abstract:

The outdoor air load accounted for a larger proportion of the air conditioning load, especially in the severe cold zone of the North, which has a long winter and large temperature difference between indoor and outdoor, the proportion will be even higher. With the heat recovery equipment recycling the part heat of the exhaust air, the outdoor air load can be reduced thus to achieve the energy saving objective of the air conditioning system. Taking an actual project example, under different heat recovery modes and air preheating conditions, analyses the air handing process, and gives the static energy saving effect under the design conditions. Compares the energy efficiency with the system without heat recovery unit, and gives the outdoor air heat recovery calculation method in severe cold area.
