轴流旋风凝并式空气过滤装置的研发与应用

摘要:
目前卷烟行业内工艺性空调系统普遍采用的粗中效过滤方式存在过滤效率下降快、过滤器清洗更换频繁的问题。本文提出采用双极离子发生器与轴流旋风除尘器单元配合的过滤装置取代传统的接触式过滤器。应用结果表明,该装置可以提升对烟碱、焦油等超细烟草粉尘颗粒物的过滤效率,实现在线自动清灰并保持过滤器两侧压差恒定,且能实现免维护。
Abstract:
At present, the coarse and medium-efficiency filtration method commonly used in the process air conditioning system in the cigarette industry has the problems of rapid decline in filtration efficiency and frequent filter cleaning and replacement. In this paper, it is proposed to replace the traditional contact filter with a bipolar ionizer and an axial cyclone dust collector unit. The application results show that the device can improve the filtration efficiency of ultrafine tobacco dust particles such as nicotine and tar, realize online automatic ash cleaning and keep the pressure difference between the two sides of the filter constant, and can truly achieve maintenance-free.
