摘要：
阐述了该项目空调冷水采用一次泵变流量大温差系统的理由，并根据建筑物的负荷特点选取电锅炉蓄热系统。有针对性地分析了该系统对冷水机组的性能要求，提出了空调系统的控制要求。

Abstract：
Expounds reasons for using the variable primary flow pump in the large temperature difference chilled water system, and adopts the electric boiler thermal storage system according to the load characteristic of the building. Analyses particularly requirements for the water chiller performance proportionally and brings out control demands for the air conditioning system.
