光伏电池厂房工艺排风系统设计与安装

摘要:

太阳能光伏电池生产工艺流程复杂,在生产过程中会产生多种有毒有害废气。结合工程实例,对电池生产时不同工序段所产生的废气进行了梳理,根据废气的理化特性设计了不同的工艺排风系统,包括热排风系统、酸碱排风系统、有机排风系统、硅烷排风系统。介绍了各工艺排风系统的特点及其设计与安装要点。

Abstract:

The production process of solar photovoltaic cells is complex, and various toxic and harmful waste gases will be produced in the production process. Based on an engineering example, the exhaust gas generated in different process stages during cell production is sorted out. Different process exhaust systems are designed according to the physical and chemical characteristics of the exhaust gas, including thermal exhaust system, acid-alkali exhaust system, organic exhaust system, and silane exhaust system. The characteristics of the process exhaust systems and the key points of their design and installation are presented.
