介绍了暖通空调控制系统的发展历史、制冷站控制系统的特点、PID控制方法的优缺点，着重介绍了超高效全变频制冷站控制方法——哈特曼控制回路的特点及其相对PID控制方法的节能性。

Abstract：
Presents the development history of HVAC control system, characteristics of control system for chiller plant and advantage and disadvantage of PID control method. Specially presents the control method of ultra-high efficiency and all variable speed chiller plant—Hartman Loop control and its energy saving feature compared to PID control method.
