摘要:

介绍了某自由电子激光装置的空调系统设计,主要包括冷热源系统和空气处理系统等。针对项目中5个工作井基地分散布置的特点,采用了按基地分别设置冷热源系统的方案。为了满足波荡器隧道±0.1 ℃的高精度温度控制要求,分析了影响温度控制精度的各种干扰因素并找到了关键的影响因素,据此设计了一套带混水功能的高精度温度控制空调系统。针对科学装置提出的150 nm微振动要求,提出了空调设备振动控制措施。

Abstract:

This paper presents the design of the air conditioning system for a free electron laser facility, which mainly includes the cold and heat source system and the air handling system. According to the characteristics that the five working wells distribute in different bases, a cold and heat source system is set up for each base. To meet the high-precision temperature control requirement of ±0.1 ℃ for the wiggler tunnel, various interference factors affecting the temperature control accuracy are analysed and the key factors are found. Based on this, a high-precision temperature control air conditioning system with a water mixing function is designed. This paper proposes air conditioning equipment vibration control measures for the 150 nm micro-vibration requirement of the scientific facility.
