高等级生物安全实验室工况转换压差控制技术研究及应用
Research and application of differential pressure control technologies during working condition transformation process in high-level biosafety laboratories
摘要:
介绍了高等级生物安全实验室工况转换概念、压差控制原则、防护区边界确定、围护结构气密性设计,从送/排风机、气密阀、定/变风量阀的设计及系统控制策略等方面介绍了工况转换压差控制技术,并结合某4.4.3类动物生物安全三级(ABSL-3)实验室案例对其应用可靠性进行了验证。
Abstract:
This paper presents the concept of working condition transformation, the principles of differential pressure control, the determination of the boundary of the protective area, and the airtightness design of the enclosure structure in high-level biosafety laboratories. The key technologies of differential pressure control for working condition transformation from the aspects of supply and exhaust fans, airtight valves, constant/variable air volume valve design, and system control strategies are presented. Its application reliability is validated with a case study of a 4.4.3 class animal biosafety level 3 (ABSL-3) laboratory.
