电厂循环水余热利用中热泵与汽轮机组参数匹配研究
Parameters match between the absorption heat pump and steam turbine in the circulating water waste heat utilization project
摘要:
定量分析了采用吸收式热泵技术回收电厂循环水余热工程中,热泵与汽轮机主、辅设备接口参数(驱动蒸汽压力、热源水温度、热网水温度、热源水流量和热网水流量)变化对相关设备性能的影响,提出了参数选择的推荐原则。通过实例指出参数的匹配设计是工程投运后节能效果能否与设计要求相符的关键。

Abstract:
In circulating water waste heat recovery power plant project, analyses quantitatively how the heat pump and steam turbine with auxiliary device interface parameters change affects the performance of relevant equipment by using absorption heat pump technology, including the driving steam pressure, heat source water temperature and flow, heating network water temperature and flowrate, and puts forward the parameter selection principle. By an example points out that the parameters match design is the key to whether the energy-saving effect is consistent with design requirement.
