声波法在直埋供热管道泄漏检测中的工程应用

摘要:
利用声波法对城市内2段直埋供热管道的泄漏情况进行非开挖式工程实测,分析了不同工程条件下的泄漏声波信号特征,并采用傅里叶滤波进行声波振动信号的降噪处理。研究表明,傅里叶滤波可有效提升泄漏定位精度,实测漏点定位误差小于2%,基于傅里叶滤波降噪的声波法直埋供热管道泄漏检测技术具有较好的工程应用价值。

Abstract:
In this paper, the acoustic wave method is used to measure the leakage of two sections of directly buried heating pipelines in the city by trenchless engineering. The characteristics of the leakage acoustic wave signal under different engineering conditions are analysed, and the acoustic wave vibration signal is denoised by Fourier filter. The research shows that Fourier filter can effectively improve the accuracy of leakage location, and the measured leakage location error is less than 2%. The acoustic wave method based on Fourier filter denoising has good engineering application value.
