供热企业一次管网热损失分析及对策研究
Analysis and countermeasure research on heat loss of primary pipe network in heating enterprises

一次供热管网作为供热系统的重要组成部分,在输送热介质过程中会产生热损失,影响供热企业的生产成本和经济效益。经分析得出,供热管网热损失包括失水热损失和自然散发热损失;从热力学基本原理出发,构建了热损失计算模型;以供热企业运行数据为基础,计算了企业一次供热管网总热损失;对热损失数据进行了分析,并针对性地给出了相关建议措施,为供热企业热损失控制提供了理论指导和数据支持。
Abstract:
As an important part of the heating system, the primary heating pipe network will produce heat loss in the process of transporting heat medium, which affects the production cost and economic benefits of the heating enterprise. Through analysis, the heat loss of the heating pipe network includes water loss heat loss and natural emitting heat loss. Starting from the basic principles of thermodynamics, a heat loss calculation model is built. Based on the operation data of the heating enterprise, the total heat loss of the primary heating pipe network of the enterprise is calculated. At the same time, the heat loss data is analysed and relevant suggestions are given, which providing theoretical guidance and data support for heat loss control of the heating enterprise.
