北京市无供暖地下车库排风能量回收的节能经济性分析

摘要:

针对寒冷地区无供暖地下车库排风能量回收是否节能经济的问题,对北京市某无供暖地下车库的内外空气温湿度进行了4年的测试,依据实测数据对地下车库排风显热回收的节能经济性进行了定量分析,分析了不同季节、排风位置和运行模式对排风能量回收的影响,并对其冬季结霜问题进行了分析。结果表明:在办公建筑间歇运行模式下,排风显热回收装置的平均节电量为空调季0.125kW·h/(m3/h)、供暖季0.547kW·h/(m3/h)、全年0.672kW·h/(m3/h),空调季平均能量回收比为9.1,供暖季平均能量回收比为16.2,平均投资回收期为5.9a;在连续运行模式下,其平均投资回收期仅为2.0a;排风显热回收装置在寒冷地区无供暖地下车库中应用可产生较好的节能和经济效益。

Abstract:

Aiming attheproblem ofwhethertheexhaustairenergyrecovery from unheatedunderground garagesincoldzoneisenergysaving andeconomical,theairtemperatureandhumiditybothinsideandoutside ofanunheatedundergroundgarage in Beijing are testedfor4 years.Based on the measureddata,the energy saving performanceand economicimpactofexhaustair sensible heatrecovery ofthe underground garage are quantitatively analysed.Theinfluenceofdifferentseasons,exhaustpositionsandoperationmodesisanalysed. Theeffectoffrostin winter is also taken into account.The results show thatin the intermittent operation modeofofficebuildings,the average energy saving ofthe exhaust air sensible heatrecovery device is0 . 125 kw ·h/(m3 /h)during the air conditioning season,0 . 547 kw · h/(m3 /h)during the heating season,and 0 . 672 kw · h/( m3 /h)throughout the year.The average ratio of energy recovery is 9 . 1 during the air conditioning season,and16 . 2 during theheating season.The average investmentpaybackperiodis5 . 9 years for the intermittent operation mode and 2 . 0 years for the continuous operation mode. Therefore, the application oftheexhaustairsensible heatrecovery device to unheated undergroundgaragesin cold zone can producesignificantenergysaving and economicbenefits.
