Optimal ventilating parameters of push-pull flow dust control in large spaces
摘要:
针对大尺度空间粉尘控制,提出采用双侧吹吸气流来控制类似卸料机的大尺度阵发性尘源。通过相似理论建立卸料机模型实验台,进行实验研究,分析影响卸料机粉尘捕集效率的各种因素,并进行正交试验研究,得到了捕集效率及极限流量比的多元回归关联式。利用烟雾发生器模拟卸料机工作时产生的污染气流,并在特定工况下对经验公式进行了验证。分两种情况考虑了经济流量的问题,分别得到了卸料机用双侧吹吸式通风装置的经济设计计算公式。
Abstract:
For dust control of large spaces, puts forward a bilateral push-pull ventilation system to control bursting dust source of a large unloader. Through the establishment of experimental device and test, analysis of a variety of impacting factors on dust collection efficiency, and orthogonal experimental studies, obtains the multiple regression formula of collection efficiency and limit values of flow. Simulates dust pollution of the unloader by fog generating, and verifies the empirical formula in some specific conditions. Obtains the economic formula which guide the design of bilateral push-pull ventilation system when considering economic volume of ventilation in two situations.
