西安市公共建筑夏季空调能耗调查与温湿度实时测试分析
Survey on energy consumption status and field test of temperature and humidity for public buildings in Xi’an in summer
摘要:
2008年8月对西安市15栋公共建筑进行了能耗调研与分析,并对室内温湿度进行了为期5天每天24 h的连续监测,得出了西安市的公共建筑单位面积能耗指标为0.55~2.96 GJ/(m2·a),平均值为1.29 GJ/(m2·a),其中单位建筑面积空调能耗为0.20~1.97 GJ/(m2·a),平均值为0.70 GJ/(m2·a),并与北京、上海、天津、广州等城市能耗状况进行了对比分析,提出了空调系统存在的问题以及节能措施。

Abstract:
Investigates and analyses energy consumption of fifteen public buildings in Xi’an in August 2008, monitors the indoor temperature and humidity for a period of five days around-the-clock, and obtains the mean energy consumption per unit building area from 0.55 to 2.96 GJ/(m2·a), averaged 1.29 GJ/(m2·a). Contrasts them with the data of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. Puts forward some problems existed in air conditioning system and some approaches for improving energy utilization.
