介绍了住宅供热计量试点中采用的热表法、通断时间法、温度法3种主要热计量方式，对其优缺点进行了分析，认为从可操作性、经济性上看温度法更趋合理。

Abstract：
Describes the heat meter method, on-off time method and temperature method commonly used in heat metering experimental units of residential buildings, analyses their advantage and disadvantage, and considers that the temperature method is more preferable in operability and economy.
