该住宅小区利用地下水地源热泵作为集中空调系统向建筑物供热供冷。介绍了地下水地源热泵系统的室内末端、冷热源、室外管网及控制系统的设计，对水池的原理及作用进行了说明，充分体现了其节能意义。

Abstract：
The residential quarter adopts groundwater-source heat pump as central air conditioning system for cooling and heating of buildings. Presents the design of the terminal, cold and heat sources, outdoor pipelines and control system of the system. Explains the principle and function of the water pools which incarnates the signification of energy efficiency.
