用“人均建筑能耗占用空间”评价建筑能耗水平

摘要：
引入人对建筑能耗的影响，提出了人均建筑能耗占用空间的概念，指出建筑能耗实质上是人在使用建筑时的耗能量，分析了建筑能耗与人口数量和建筑面积的关系，给出了建筑能耗水平评价方法和区域建筑人均建筑能耗占用空间的确定方法，指出了人均建筑能耗占用空间指标的作用和意义。

Abstract：
Considering the factor of human in building energy consumption, proposes the concept of per capita building energy consumption occupied space (PCEOS) for the index of building energy consumption, which means that building energy consumption is essentially the energy consumption of human in buildings. Analyses the relationship between the amount of humans or area of buildings and the energy consumption. Gives the methods to evaluate building energy consumption and to calculate PCEOS in community energy planning, and points out its function and significance.
