利用层次分析法对城市供热方式的综合评价
Comprehensive evaluation of urban heating types with analytic hierarchy process
摘要：
利用层次分析法，引入供热系统的能量转换效率ECC指标，建立了供热方式的能耗、经济和环境3个指标准则层，以供热3E为决策目标进行综合评价。另外，利用供热系统总经济费用进行评分比较，总经济费用包括能源消耗所征收的能源税、环境排放所征收的环境税和供热系统的综合年费用。计算结果表明，层次分析法用来评价供热系统具有科学性和综合性，可进一步用于各种供热方式组合的城市供热系统评价。
Abstract：
Based on the analytic hierarchy process method, introduces the criterion indices of heating mode, including energy consumption & energy conversion coefficient, economic investment & operation cost and environment emission. Puts forward the three-E’s as the comprehensive decision objective to evaluate the various heating systems in China. Furthermore, uses a total economic cost method consisting of energy tax of fuel consumption, environment tax of different emission and the overall annual cost to score each heating type. The comprehensive evaluation results show that analytic hierarchy process is suitable for appraising the heating type and urban heating system.
