磁悬浮离心式冷水机组和独立新风系统(1):现状

摘要:
独立新风系统(DOAS,温度湿度独立控制系统)不但节能效果明显,且能改善空调房间的空气质量,被国内外空调界所推崇。分析了国内现有的温度湿度独立控制系统采用的高温冷水机组、温湿度控制设备的性能,指出试验和工程实践证明温度湿度独立控制系统存在这样或那样的问题,且初投资较高,需要深入探讨和研究,加以改进。磁悬浮离心式冷水机组在3~20 ℃的冷水出水温度下COP很高,是温度湿度独立控制系统的一种理想冷源,若与高除湿量的新风除湿机组以及低能耗的空调末端设备结合,将大大提高DOAS的性能和经济性。
Abstract:
Dedicated outdoor air systems (DOAS, also known as the independent temperature and humidity control system), which are widely praised at home and abroad, have obvious effects in energy saving and indoor air quality improvement. Analyses the performance of high-temperature water chillers and temperature and humidity control equipment adopted in existing domestic independent temperature and humidity control systems. Experiments and engineering practice show that existing DOAS has several problems and higher initial investment, requiring further research and improvement. The COP of centrifugal magnetic suspension water chillers is very high when chilling water temperature from 3 to 20 ℃. It is a kind of ideal cold source for DOAS. If it is used combined with air dehumidifier units with high moisture removal and air conditioning terminal equipment with low energy consumption, its performance and economic efficiency will be greatly improved.
