Abstract:
Outlines the designing of the project, including the return-bypass system of fresh air, groundwater-source heat pump system and primary pump variable water flow system, etc. Among them, the return-bypass of fresh air is recommended as an energy saving innovation technique, deserving to be promoted in cold northern regions.
