空调风系统积尘伴生微生物生物学鉴定

Biological identification of dust-associated microorganism in air duct systems

摘要:

空调系统积尘伴生微生物种类繁多,为了解亚热带地区春末夏初主要的微生物种类,选取广东省某市3家大型超市的空调风系统,对积尘伴生微生物种类进行了鉴定。通过提取分离出的细菌和真菌的DNA,基于16S rRNA和ITS序列进行基因的PCR扩增,纯化PCR产物,进行测序分析,鉴定细菌和真菌型别。研究结果表明,在空调系统的积尘伴生微生物中,鉴定出4株细菌菌株,分别为蜡样芽孢杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌、藤黄微球菌和大肠杆菌;2株真菌菌株,分别为斜卧青霉和聚多曲霉。

Abstract:

There are many varieties of dust-associated microbes. Identifies species from the dust-associated microorganism by selecting the air conditioning systems from three super markets in a city of Guangdong province in order to make sure the dominant microflora in sub-tropical areas between later spring and early summer. Extracts DNAs from separated bacteria and fungi, and uses 16S rRNA and ITS sequence to amplify the DNA fragments. Purifies the PCR products and performs sequencing reaction analyses. The results show that the four strains of bacteria are identified, i.e. Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Micrococcus luteus and Escherichia Coli, and the two strains of fungi, Penicillium decumbens and Aspergillus sydowii.
