飞机座舱环境挥发性有机化合物的实测与分析

Measurement and analyses on volatile organic compounds in aircraft cabins

摘要:

随机选取某一常用机型共计16架次国内往返航班,针对当前客舱环境中重点关注的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)开展了实测研究。通过座舱内环境空气VOC采样分析及总挥发性有机化合物(TVOC)和CO2浓度变化趋势监测,得到了各飞行阶段的主要检出物及其浓度水平和变化趋势。综合污染物种类、浓度水平和通风状况分析表明,座舱内总的污染物浓度在巡航阶段出现一定程度的增加,其增量主要来自于人员活动,如餐食服务、人体散发等。该结论可望为深入认识座舱源特征、完善适航标准设计参数、合理优化客舱环境控制系统(ECS)的运行能耗提供参考。

Abstract:

Performs the in-flight measurement on the volatile organic compound (VOC) concerned in aircraft cabins by randomly selecting 16 domestic flights. Adopting the method of sampling and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) analysis on VOC and continuous monitoring of total volatile organic compound (TVOC) and CO2, obtains the VOC target list, concentration levels and changing trends in different flight phases. A comprehensive analysis on VOC species, concentration levels and ventilation in the tested flights indicates that the concentration level of pollutants at cruise is higher than those of other flight phases. Main source emissions at cruise might be derived from human activities in cabins, such as meal service and human body. This conclusion may be a reference of recognizing the characteristics of pollutants in aircraft cabins, developing the design parameters of airworthiness standards and optimizing the actual energy consumption of cabin environmental control system (ECS).
