摘要:
设计了一种螺旋扭带式扰流强化换热装置,并对该装置的关键部件——十字固定支架和螺旋扭带进行了受力分析,获得了两部件内的应力和位移分布,证实两部件具有足够的强度,能保证装置稳定可靠地长期运行。实际应用表明,该装置能有效改善换热效果,显著提高主机的能效比。

Abstract:
Develops a kind of disturbing flow and heat transfer enhancing device based on a twisted tape. Analyses the strength of two key parts—the cross piece fixed bracket and the twisted tape, and obtains the stress and displacement distribution, the result indicates that the two key parts have enough strength and rigidness, and can ensure that the device works stably and reliably. Actual application shows that the heat transfer enhancing device can effectively improve heat transfer performance and increase the COP of the main unit.
