暖通空调水系统水力平衡的误区
Misunderstanding in hydraulic balance of HVAC systems
摘要:
为达到水系统水力平衡,通常的做法是加装平衡阀;而为跟踪负荷变化则加装调节阀。认为水系统中流体流动处于阻力平方区,只要水阻力元件的几何参数确定,其综合阻抗S就是恒定的。对4种构成的水系统的变工况性能进行了计算,结果表明,系统加装平衡阀和调节阀后运行效率大大降低,而按系统思考理念构成的水系统性能优于传统系统。
Abstract:
For hydraulic balance in a water system, usually applies balance valves, and adds regulative valve to follow varying load. Assumes that water velocity in the system falls in resistance squared area, and if the geometric parameters of resistance elements are determined, the integrated resistance coefficient is constant. Calculates varying condition performance of four systems. The results show that the system operation efficiency greatly decreases when adding balance valves and regulative valves, and the performance of the water system constituted with by system conception is superior to that of conventional water system.
