高效制冷机房优化设计方法及计算分析工具研究

摘要:

常用的能耗计算软件流程复杂,且容易忽略部分负荷性能,缺少机房整体能效评价指标,难以实现高效制冷机房的快速优化选型。本文提出以制冷机房整体能耗、全年评价效率ACPEC、实际综合部分负荷性能系数IPLVR作为评价指标,简单、清晰地评价制冷机房性能,优化制冷机房设计方法。基于网页端建立了一个高效制冷机房计算分析工具(SmartCP),通过简化计算流程和输入输出参数,应用最小二乘法拟合并建立了各设备的能耗计算模型,可在线计算制冷机房的全年逐时能耗及能效评价指标。对案例建筑制冷机房4种机组配置方案进行了整体能耗计算,SmartCP计算结果与TRACE700软件计算结果相比,相对误差小于6%,冷水机组、水泵能耗预测误差满足工程需求。

Abstract:

The calculation process of commonly used energy consumption calculation software is complex, and it is easy to ignore the partial load performance, lacking of overall energy efficiency evaluation indicators of the refrigeration room, which makes it difficult to achieve rapid optimization and selection of efficient refrigeration rooms. This paper proposes a method to optimize the design of the refrigeration room by taking the overall energy consumption of the refrigeration room, the annual evaluation efficiency ACPEC, and the actual comprehensive partial load performance coefficient IPLVR as evaluation indicators, and it can simply and clearly evaluate the performance of the refrigeration room. Based on the webpage, a calculation and analysis tool (SmartCP) for high efficiency refrigeration room is established. By simplifying the calculation process and input and output parameters, the energy consumption calculation model of each equipment is established by fitting and combining the least square method, which can calculate the annual hourly energy consumption and energy efficiency evaluation indicators of the refrigeration room online. The overall energy consumption of the four unit configuration schemes of the refrigeration room in the case building is calculated. The relative errors between the SmartCP calculation results and the TRACE700 software calculation results is less than 6%, and the prediction errors of the energy consumption of the chiller and water pump meet the engineering requirements.
