碳中和视角下的日本减碳策略与效果浅析

摘要：
以全球变暖为主要特征的气候变化是后疫情时代全人类发展和生存所面临的严峻挑战。本文从法律政策、碳排放计算方法及减碳策略角度，结合具体低碳技术的应用，总结并分析日本建筑行业碳排放现状及发展历程，为我国建筑业节能减碳的发展方向和思路提供参考与借鉴。

Abstract：
Climate change characterized by global warming is a severe challenge to the development and survival of all mankind in the post-epidemic era. Combined with the application of specific low-carbon technologies, this paper summarizes and analyses the current situation and development process of carbon emission in Japans construction industry from the perspective of laws and policies, carbon emission calculation methods and carbon reduction strategies. It aims to provide references for the development direction and ideas of energy conservation and carbon reduction in Chinas construction industry.
