Study on BIM forward design for mechanical electrical plumbing—An example of Wuhan East Lake·Alila Hotel
摘要：
以武汉东湖·阿丽拉酒店项目为例，介绍了基于Revit平台的BIM机电正向设计的具体实践、项目级的BIM标准及协同模式。列举了正向设计中的具体应用与创新，并针对实际应用中BIM数据、设计效率及机电系统图出图等问题进行了总结。提出了新的思考，为后续的BIM机电设计提供参考。

Abstract：
Taking the Wuhan East Lake·Alila Hotel project as an example, the specific practice of BIM forward design for mechanical electrical plumbing (MEP) based on Revit platform, project-level BIM standard and collaboration mode are presented. The specific applications and innovations in the forward design are listed, and the problems of BIM data, design efficiency and MEP system diagram output in practical application are summarized. This paper proposes new thinking, which provides a reference for subsequent BIM MEP design.
