大型数据中心部分自然冷却方式的节能性分析
Energy saving analysis of partial natural cooling mode in large data centers
摘要:
大型数据中心冷却塔间接供冷方式主要分为板式换热器与冷水机组串联和并联2种系统方式,介绍了2种系统方式的部分自然冷却原理和特点。对影响自然冷却工况转换温度的因素进行了分析,计算了案例模型下2种系统方式全年运行工况的室外湿球温度范围,并对5个不同气候分区城市采用2种系统方式的全年运行能耗进行了计算。结果显示,案例模型下并联系统方式比串联系统方式节能性更好。建议大型数据中心根据计算选择适合的自然冷却系统方式,保证全年节能运行。
Abstract:
The indirect cooling mode of cooling tower in large data centers is mainly divided into two modes of the series system and parallel system of plate heat exchangers and water chillers. This paper presents the principles and characteristics of partial natural cooling of the two system modes, analyses the factors affecting the conversion temperature of natural cooling working conditions, calculates the outdoor wet bulb temperature ranges of the two system modes in the annual operating conditions in a case model, and calculates the annual operation energy consumption of five cities in different climate zones using the two system modes. The results show that the parallel system mode is better than the series system mode in terms of energy saving in the case model. It is suggested that the large data center should choose a suitable natural cooling system mode according to the calculation to ensure energy saving operation throughout the year.
