我国洁净技术发展历程与展望
Development history and prospect of clean technology in China
摘要：
回顾了我国洁净技术随着我国高科技企业发展的艰辛历程，经过几代人的努力，从借鉴国外技术与仿制产品，到跟踪研究国外高技术发展。在大量技术积累的基础上，开始了漫长的创新探索路程。着重阐述了进入21世纪以来我国洁净技术的不断创新发展及取得的具有自主知识产权的成果。

Abstract：
This paper reviews the arduous process of China’s clean technology with the development of China’s high-tech enterprises, through the efforts of several generations, from learning from foreign technology and imitation products to tracking the development of foreign high technology. On the basis of a large amount of technology accumulation, we begin a long journey of innovation and exploration. It also expounds the achievements of clean technology innovation and independent intellectual property rights in China since entering the 21st century.
