某地下污水处理厂脱水机房通风除臭系统改造设计

摘要:

通过分析南方某地下污水处理厂脱水机房通风除臭效果欠佳的原因和臭气源特点,结合实施条件进行了通风除臭系统改造设计。采用离子除臭技术,将经过离子发生器的新风送至污泥脱水机房中,同时收集该机房内的臭气,臭气经离子法处理后排至室外。对机房改造前后空气污染物进行了检测,结果表明,结合离子除臭技术的改造方案能够有效控制室内污染物浓度,降低污泥脱水机房内臭气浓度,一定程度上解决了脱水机房臭气治理难题。

Abstract:

By analysing the reasons for the poor ventilation and deodorization effect of the sludge dehydration room of an underground sewage treatment plant in the south and the characteristics of the odor source, the ventilation and deodorization system renovation design is carried out according to the implementation conditions. The renovation design adopts the ion deodorization technology, to deliver the outdoor air passing through the ion generators to the sludge dehydration room, and at the same time to collect the odor in the room and then discharge it to the outside after treated by the ion method. The air pollutants are detected before and after the transformation of the room, and the results show that the transformation scheme combined with the ion deodorization technology can effectively control the indoor pollutant concentration, reduce the odor concentration in the sludge dehydration room, and solve the odor control problem in the room to a certain extent.
