某地下污水处理厂操作层通风系统噪声控制设计

摘要:

介绍了某地下污水处理厂无风管通风系统的噪声控制设计,竣工后的实测表明地面声环境良好,对厂界几乎无影响。分析发现,文献中的大型轴流风机的噪声声功率级预测值明显大于厂商提供值,建议工程中采用风机厂商提供的实测声功率级进行设计。比较了阵列式和结构片式消声器在该项目的应用,发现在相同长度情况下,阵列式消声器插入损失更大,因此在该项目中采用阵列式消声器。介绍了非金属消声防雨百叶的声学性能。

Abstract:

The noise control design of ductless ventilation system in an underground sewage plant is presented. The noise control design can make the ground acoustic environment good and has little impact on the plant boundary in the field measurement after completion. It is found that the sound power level predicted by the methods in literatures is higher than that given by the fan manufacturers. It is proposed to adopt the measured sound power level provided by the fan manufacturer in the project.The application of array structure muffler and plate structure muffler in the project is compared. The array structure muffler is adopted in the project, because its insert loss is larger under the same length condition. The acoustic performance of the non-metallic rain-proof acoustic louvre is presented.
