地下污水处理厂扁平大空间通风技术研究与设计
Research and design for ventilation technology of wide-flat space in underground sewage treatment plants
摘要:
针对地下污水处理厂地下箱体独有的扁平大空间特点,研发并设计了水平活塞流无管通风技术,将扁平大空间作为研究对象,通过缩尺模型实验、数值模拟、现场实测对该通风方式的气流组织特性进行了研究。发现该通风方式空气龄更短、换气效率更高、气流更均匀。并从风管布置密度、设备配置、投资及施工等方面对水平活塞流无管通风系统与传统风管式机械通风系统进行对比和分析。结果表明,前者工程量少、装机功率小、噪声低、投资小、运行能耗低、施工便捷。可为同类型地下污水处理厂通风系统设计提供参考。
Abstract:
In view of the unique wide-flat space characteristics of the underground construction of the underground sewage treatment plant, the technology of horizontal piston flow ductless ventilation is developed and designed. Taking the wide-flat space as the research object,the airflow characteristics of this ventilation method are studied through the scale model experiment, numerical simulation and field measurement. It is found that this ventilation method has a shorter air age, higher ventilation efficiency and more uniform airflow. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the horizontal piston flow ductless ventilation system and the traditional air duct mechanical ventilation system from the aspects of vent pipe density, equipment, investment and construction. The results show that the former has the advantages of less engineering quantity, low installed power, low noise, low investment, low energy consumption and convenient construction. It can provide references for the ventilation system design of the same type for underground sewage treatment plants.
